Do you know how I know you're a Geek???

As you may not know, I'm a total Star Wars and Lego geek. Just got this very cool video link which combines both. Also, checke these out. StarWars USB drives !!! Darth Vader is sold out (of course), but I found one on ebay:) I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on an OLPC XO Laptop . Till November 26th, you can give 1 get 1 for $400. Windows Server Administration Fundamentals course is LIVE!

Greetings True Believers, After a number of long months, I finally released my first video course with Pluralsight . It covers Windows Server Administration Fundamentals and is based around the Microsoft MTA exam, 98-365 . It is based on Windows Server 2008 R2, and I it's a great foundation course for those new to IT or needing basic knowledge of servers. This part of the course focuses on servers in general, installing the OS, and other general server tasks. Part 2 of the course will focus into specific roles such as DNS, DHCP, AD, etc. That should be out over the summer If you are not a Pluralsight subscriber, you can sign up for a free 10-day trial here . I just authored another course on Pluralsight that I’m very excited about. It’s called PowerShell: Getting Started , and it is part of Pluralsight’s growing IT Ops catalog. This course is specifically designed to teach entry-level IT Pros (Help Desk, Desktop Support) w/ no PowerShell experience how to use PowerShell in their day to day lives. While it is designed for beginners, I think anyone trying to get a grasp of PowerShell can get a leg up on the technology, and learn the right way to begin using PowerShell.
