Michael is a three-time Microsoft Most Valuable Professional, Microsoft Certified Professional, and VMware Certified Professional working in the IT field since 1998 as a systems engineer for a future 500 telecom, and currently as an IT instructor at Madison College in Madison, WI. Along with his fulltime work, he provides support for small non-profit businesses in the Madison area. On top of his work in IT, he has a passion for connecting people and building community in the IT Pro space.
